I hope this note will answer your questions.

When we were very little we had to learn to recognize and understand a whole myriad of different sounds. This learning included not only language but all the different sounds in our environment - the sound of foot steps, police sirens, dogs barking, words and letters, etc., etc.. Our brains absorbed all this knowledge like a sponge.

An example we all know, is that if you and a five year old go to a foreign country together, after a few weeks the five year old is speaking like a native and you and I are still trying to learn how to say hello. The difference was that when we were young, we used out brains differently than we do as adults. We used our whole brain. It took many years of formal schooling to train us to use only half our brain. Left lobe only, no day dreaming or creative thought from the right lobe. Unfortunately, it is the creative part of the right lobe that allows us to make unique connections that facilitate rapid learning and integration into useful memory.

The second problem is that part of the learning process involves plateaus where we don't seem to be making any progress. The longer we as adults remain at any plateau the more frustrated we become and the more we convince ourselves that we can not do any better. In effect we self hypnotize ourselves into believing we have reached our limit. This self hypnosis becomes a self fulfilling prophesy and the harder we try the more we succeed only in proving that we were right and have reached our limit.

Psychologists agree that we live the life we expect to live. If old beliefs cause worry about money, health problems, or the expectation that relationships are difficult, then this is what happens. Reprogramming with positive new information can cause dramatic life improvement. This can be difficult and slow. But with my hypnosis audio's, you can easily get into the deep Theta state of relaxation and do some serious reprogramming for yourself.

Scientists agree that reprogramming is best done at the deep Theta level of relaxation. Most people who practice meditation or self-hypnosis only achieve the lighter Alpha state. It's OK for some things, but not nearly as good as the deeper Theta state.

Your computer-like mind accepts these ideas, and works as a kind of "auto-pilot", guiding you to success, health, prosperity, and the fulfillment of your dreams.
